At Unforgettable The Label, we know you’re excited to receive your order — and we’re just as excited to send it to you. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process, from processing times to international delivery.
United States Shipping
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $70 to anywhere in the United States. For orders under $70, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your selected shipping method).
If you don’t receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@unforgettablethelabel.online.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Delivery times provided are estimates from the point of shipment and do not account for customs processing time.

International Tracking
All international orders include tracking. However, once your package enters your country, tracking updates may become less frequent depending on the local postal service. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 days after entering your country, contact your local post office directly with your tracking number.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

Look in common delivery areas (porch, mailroom, garage, etc.)

Contact your local post office or delivery carrier with your tracking number

If the package cannot be located within 7 days of the delivery date, contact us at hello@unforgettablethelabel.online and we will open a claim with the carrier
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue wherever possible.
Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requesting a signature upon delivery (available for an additional fee at checkout).
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@unforgettablethelabel.online with:

Your order number
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Address Errors & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Before Your Order Ships
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order but before it ships, contact us immediately at hello@unforgettablethelabel.online. We’ll do our best to update the address, but once the order has been handed to the carrier, changes are no longer possible.
After Your Order Ships
Once the package is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees will apply.
