PRODUCT INFORMATION
We work to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Product availability may change without notice.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it has shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded if delivery is confirmed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on unworn, unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:
• Final sale items
• Discounted or clearance products
• Worn or washed items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To request a return, contact us before sending any items back.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Is this only for moms?

Yes — this service is designed specifically for moms who want to dress well but don't have the time or vendor access to shop the way they want. This is your shortcut.

What's the minimum budget?

The minimum shopping budget is $200, which is included in the Starter Edit tier at $245 total. If you have a higher budget in mind, the other tiers go up to $300 and $500 — or reach out for a custom quote.

Where do you source the pieces from?

I use the same vendor network I curate for Unforgettable The Label — wholesale and trade access that isn't available to the general public. The pieces are real, the quality is real, and the prices are better than what you'd find retail.

How long does delivery take?

I typically source and ship within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed intake form. International shipping time varies by location but you'll receive tracking information once your edit is on its way.

What if I don't love something when it arrives?

Because I shop with your exact budget and specifications, returns are evaluated case by case — DM me directly and we'll work it out. I genuinely want you to love everything in your box.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — global delivery is included in every tier. Wherever you are, your edit gets to you. International shipping costs are factored into the service.

Can I request a custom budget?
